Within the
IT Governance services and consulting, Giovanni Zanetti is a recognized leader
in the Information Technology consulting & security services. He launched
his consulting practice in 1992 to apply his depth of corporate IT development
and operational expertise to help companies to quick transform the IT structure
to help senior managers transform their businesses.
In the long
experience, working with OLIVETTI, INTEL, GETRONICS, PRIDE GROUP, GRE(TRONY),
or clients of these companies, he has developed the application of processes
redesign to Information Technology & advanced business reorganization, called
ITMM.
He is also
a contributor to a number of publications, including magazines and online articles,
providing insight into the impact of market trends on the future shape of
Information Technology to companies.
In many of
the client’s company, he leads the growth of “Information Technology Advisor
Services” business and served as model of the winning consulting leadership.
